1. Who This Is For

These terms apply to all end users of the platform www.group-getaways.com or services affiliated with the platform or the brand Group Getaways.

2. Who We Are

Group Getaways is a Switzerland-based group travel concierge service and platform operated by Titans RE AG. We create and coordinate fully customizable travel experiences in partnership with trusted experience partners.

3. What We Offer

We provide a tailored travel planning service that includes:

  • Personalized travel programs for private groups

  • Bookings of hospitality, transport, excursions and entertainment

  • Optional services like guides, translators, 24h hotline, or luggage handling (EasyLug)

  • A platform featuring tours by us or by verified third-party partners

4. How the Booking Works

  • You request a custom travel quote through our website or directly with our team

  • To reserve the offer, you pay a reservation fee

  • The trip is confirmed once the remaining balance is paid

In the event of a conflict, the individual quote shall prevail over these terms.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

We aim to be fair, while respecting the work invested in your trip planning:

❌ Cancellation after Reservation

  • The Reservation fee is non-refundable

  • If no work has started, we may offer a credit valid for 6 months toward another trip

❌ Cancellation after Confirmation

  • By default, no reimbursement is given on the remaining balance

  • If no substantial work has been done, we may refund up to 50% of the balance

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel - each case is reviewed individually.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Group Getaways is not liable for the performance, delays, cancellations, or outcomes of services provided by third parties, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, authorities,partner travel agencies, transportation providers, restaurants, or other external service providers. Group Getaways also disclaims liability for any disruptions or damages resulting from force majeure events, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or other unforeseeable circumstances beyond our control.

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Address any issues, claims, or disputes related to third-party services directly with the respective service provider;

  • Ensure you carry all necessary travel documents, insurance coverage, and comply with legal requirements applicable to your activities and destinations;

  • Acknowledge that any support services offered by Group Getaways - such as Travel Guides, Translators, a 24-hour Hotline, or informational safety warnings - are not substitutes for official safety advice or measures. Travelers are responsible for conducting their own safety assessments and acting with due care and diligence during their travels.

Group Getaways is only liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct in the provision of its own services, and solely within the limits prescribed by applicable Swiss law.

7. Payments & Commission

All financial and legal terms related to payments and fees are regulated in your latest individual quote that you receive from Group Getaways and confirm.

8. Extra Fees

An Extra Fee of 10% may apply for late confirmations if the trip is confirmed less than 30 calendar days (lead time) before the start date. In case there is a quote with a different lead time, the quote will count.

The Extra Fee of 10% may also apply for complex bookings, involving more than 40 travelers and/or for trips longer than 14 days and/or if more than 20 experience partners are involved. You will be accordingly informed.

9. No-Show Policy

If a traveler or group fails to attend without prior notice, no refund is possible. Force majeure exceptions apply only when legally required under applicable consumer protection rules.

10. Final Notes

By using our platform or confirming a trip, you agree to these terms. We encourage you to read all program details carefully and let us know in advance about special requests or needs.
