Partner Terms & Conditions

1. Who This Is For

These terms apply to all partners - travel agencies, tour operators, and other experience providers - who list, promote, or deliver tours and services via the Group Getaways platform www.group-getaways.com or in other forms.

2. Your Role as a Partner

As a partner, you may:

  • Upload and manage your own tours on our platform

  • Work with us to co-deliver or support custom group travel programs

  • Provide services such as hospitality, transport, entertainment, guides, or activities (referred to as experience partners)

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of your tours and services.

3. Quality Standards

To maintain a trusted platform, partners must:

  • Deliver the services as described and confirmed

  • Maintain responsive communication with Group Getaways

  • Ensure that your staff and suppliers act professionally, safely and in compliant with applicable laws

  • Notify the clients and Group Getaways immediately of any issues, delays, or changes affecting clients

Group Getaways reserves the right to remove or suspend your listing if service quality, safety, or communication falls below expectations.

4. Liability

Group Getaways is not liable for the performance, delays, cancellations, or outcomes of any tours or services delivered by partners. You agree to:

  • Hold full responsibility for the services you provide

  • Handle client issues, claims, or disputes that arise from your delivery

  • Carry appropriate licenses, insurance, and legal compliance for your activities

We act solely as a platform and intermediary, not as operator or guarantor of partner tours.

5. Payments & Commission

All financial and legal terms related to payments, fees and commissions are regulated in your separate Agency Agreement with Group Getaways. Please contact us to receive an Agency Agreement.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a partnership if:

  • There is a breach of these terms or the Agency Agreement

  • Repeated issues occur with service quality or reliability

  • You use the platform or the brand of Group Getaways or Titans RE in a misleading, illegal, or unethical way

7. Confidentiality & Platform Use

  • You agree to keep our internal processes, pricing models, and customer data confidential

  • You may not replicate or redistribute our platform content, user data, or trademarked materials without written consent

Any disputes or matters not covered herein shall be governed by the terms of the Agency Agreement.
